Coronavirus: More than 47,000 people recovered from coronavirus in Moscow


During the last day, 3,831 people were cured with COVID-19 in Moscow. This was announced by the deputy mayor of the capital of social development Anastasia Rakova, reports the capital's health department.

The total number of people recovering from coronavirus in Moscow reached 47,413.

As of May 23, 5,163 people were cured by COVID-19 in the Moscow region, the regional operational headquarters reports. During one day in the region, 464 new cases of recovery were registered.

On May 22, authorities in the Moscow region decided to cancel electronic passports in the region for travel by transport. "As of tomorrow, electronic passports are no longer needed in the Moscow region," said the region's governor Andrei Vorobyov.
