The court rejected the Global Gaming industry Spelinspektionens the decision to withdraw the Global Gaming affiliates Safeents a licence to provide betting and commercial gambling.

It is clear from a press release.

“We are disappointed by the forvaltningsrattens decisions and do not share the assessment that is being done. We are now examining the judgment carefully with our legal counsel and I take it for granted that we are going to appeal against the decision to a higher court”, says ceo Tobias Fagerlund.

Global Gaming’s shares fell steeply after the ruling of the administrative court, but the course recovered quickly. At 12.17 the share was down more than 8 per cent.
